In this project, we installed a refined combination of sheer curtains and roller shades in a luxury smart apartment in Sunny Isles, Florida. The residence features floor-to-ceiling glass and uninterrupted ocean views. Therefore, the window treatments needed to enhance the scenery, not compete with it.
To achieve this balance, we paired light-filtering sheer curtains with precision roller shades. As a result, the space feels bright and open during the day, while still offering privacy and comfort when needed.

The video highlights one of the main living areas overlooking the water. Because of the expansive views, we selected sheer fabrics that soften the light without blocking it. At the same time, the roller shades provide full control over glare and privacy.
