For this project, we installed Somfy motorized black roller shades in a luxury condominium at the iconic Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles, Florida. The residence features floor-to-ceiling glass and direct ocean views. Because of this, light control and privacy were essential.
To meet these needs, we selected a 5% light-filtering roller shade fabric. This allows natural light to enter while significantly reducing glare and heat. At the same time, it maintains privacy without fully blocking the view.
